URGENT Working bee 1.00pm Saturday 31st of October

There is lots of long grass around the shed which will cause a FIRE HAZZARD.  This needs to be cleared before the fire season starts.  We need 6 men with some tools for a couple of hours - whipper snippers would be great, also shovels, rakes and mowers.  Even if you are unable to attend personally, if you have a whipper snipper that would be available for a few hours it would be appreciated.

End of year show – Naudeville

Less than 2 weeks to opening and the show is looking good (you HAVE TO see the “sisters” in our Cinderella play – you might want to take them home OR NOT).  It is great to see that several members are organising tables for the opening night at the Shepparton Club - but we need more.  If you haven’t already booked a ticket, please get together a few friends and family and come to one of our shows.  In particular we really would love to have a full house opening night.  Be sure you see it.

Jan Exton has produced a very nice brochure, which you can use to invite friends and family to the opening night at the Shepparton Club.  We have included a copy with this newsletter for your use.

Christmas carols – practice, dates and times so far

Practice for the carols will be at 7.30pm on Monday 7th of December at the Shed.

Tatura, Wednesday 9th of December, meet at 7.10pm at the reserve in the main street of Tatura

Toolamba, Saturday 12th of December –time to be confirmed

Mooroopna, Sunday 13th of December – time to be confirmed

End of year function (BBQ) at the Mauger’s – Sunday 22nd of November from 6.30pm

Rod and Ingrid have very kindly offered their place for a BBQ and wind up party after our last show.  Please BYO meat, drinks, salad and sweets.  Their home is at 7 Mundoona Court, Mooroopna.  Directions: From the police station in Mooroopna, head towards Echuca, go about 3 km, then turn Left into Craigmuir Drive, Right into Dennison St, then Right into Mundoona Court, number 7 is near the end on the left.
